To enable us to get as accurate a picture of you as possible and allow the application process to run smoothly for both of us, please submit the following documents:

  • Your school and training certificates or university transcripts; if you are an experienced professional, please provide evidence of your highest educational qualification

  • Relevant evidence of further training, if applicable


After sending your application documents, they will be carefully reviewed by the Human Resources department and the relevant specialist departments.

If your profile matches the position advertised, you will be invited to a video interview, which will take place over Zoom and will take around 30–60 minutes. This meeting will give us the opportunity to get to know each other better. You can tells us about your expertise, your career and your reasons for applying - and we will provide further information about the role, your opportunities for development, our culture and other topics that might be of interest to you if you do join Baader Bank. 

If you make a good impression on us during the video interview, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview at the relevant location. This meeting is designed to answer any remaining questions and, where necessary, delve deeper into the role. You will also have the opportunity to meet your potential teammates.

The second interview is usually the final stage in the selection process. If both sides feel it's a good fit, the application process ends here and we will contact you by telephone with an offer.
